Leading PoS Validator Stakin strategically partners with Crypto.org Chain

Stakin and Crypto.org Chain have strategically partnered to develop the Crypto.org ecosystem and provide secure validation services.

Stakin and Crypto.org Chain have strategically partnered to develop the Crypto.org ecosystem and provide secure validation services. Stakin is a leading Proof-of-Stake validation service with operations on 20+ Mainnet protocols and extensive experience with the Cosmos ecosystem and Cosmos SDK blockchain networks. Crypto.org Chain is a secure Proof-of-Stake blockchain built by Crypto.com with use cases across DeFi, payments, and NFTs.

As part of this collaboration, Stakin is now offering staking services on Crypto.org blockchain under the validator address crocncl18nc2zx5rs7jwm7dwk5gvelul2wer8zfykfmg8h.

CRO token holders on the Crypto.org blockchain can now select Stakin as their validator to earn interest on their holdings. To provide incentives for the community and new delegators, the validator is running with a 0% commission rate until January 2022. In addition to its validation services, Stakin intends to bring positive contributions to the protocol and community, whether through governance or content and marketing. Stakin will also offer value-added services for institutional investors looking to stake their CRO, such as reward tracking and dedicated client support.

Additionally, Stakin will be operating nodes on Crypto.org testnets and help develop other initiatives such as the Cronos network, the Crypto.org EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) compatible blockchain. EVM improves compatibility with the Ethereum ecosystem and will enable developers on Cronos to easily deploy Solidity DApps and smart contracts. Built on Ethermint and IBC compatible, it offers scalability and is intended to be interoperable with the Cosmos ecosystem.

With this strategic partnership, Stakin joins the exclusive set of validator partners selected by the Crypto.org teams, such as Chainflow, Staked.us, Allnodes, Audit.one, and more.

DISCLAIMER: This is not financial advice. Staking, delegation, and cryptocurrencies involve a high degree of risk, and there is always the possibility of loss, including the loss of all staked digital assets. Additionally, delegators are at risk of slashing in case of security or liveness faults on some protocols. We advise you to do your due diligence before choosing a validator.
