Staking Rewards Announces The SR20

Recently, Staking Rewards announced the introduction of the SR20, a crypto index that will track the top-20 Proof-of-Stake (PoS) crypto assets based on market capitalization and staked value. The SR20 index is based on a market-driven, unbiased methodology. The Staking Rewards SR20 auto-compounds the staking rewards earned for network security. It is the first crypto index to provide an accurate representation of the crypto staking market. It is also the appropriate benchmark against which to compare the performance of your portfolio – or that of your crypto asset manager. For all details, have a look at the full announcement.

Agoric Mainnet Launch and Private Token Sale

After more than three years of development, Agoric, a JavaScript-based smart contract platform built on the Cosmos SDK and using the Tendermint proof-of-stake (PoS) mechanism, has raised $32 million in a private token sale and launched its Mainnet. The platform hopes to build and grow its developer community now that the Agoric Mainnet has been launched, and new capital has been raised.

Desmos Network Announces $DSM Airdrop

On the 8th of November, Desmos announced that to be more community-driven, they will be airdropping 21 million DSM (21% of the genesis supply) to the Interchain Community. While these assets were initially allocated to future token sale, they will now be airdropped to the stakers on various blockchain networks. Wondering if you are eligible for the airdrop? Comdex Mainnet is Coming Soon!

Comdex, a PoS-based fully interoperable synthetics protocol aiming to revolutionize the global accessibility to finance instruments, has announced its Mainnet launch. The launch will take place on the 20th of November 2021. At Stakin, we are very thrilled about the Mainnet, and we will be keeping you up-to-date on our staking and validator services for the network.

NEAR Protocol and NEARnauts NFT Partnership

In other exciting network event news, NEAR Protocol announced its collaboration with NEARnauts. Both projects are coming together to create a set of hot and happening NFT’s. NEARnauts will consist of 10,000 randomly generated PFP NFTs available to mint on NEAR. All of this will be happening on the 1st of December 2021, so add the date to your calendar. ICON 2.0 is LIVE!!

On the 3rd of November 2021, the long-awaited ICON 2.0 Mainnet went live! ICON 2.0 is built for interoperability and integrates agnostics that let any smart contract blockchain join the ecosystem. Furthermore, it is completely trustless, decentralized, extensive, and generalized (meaning a standardized message format). We’d like to congratulate the community and the ICON Foundation for this revolutionary upgrade and look forward to what the future will bring us.
